As the name suggests is a  criticism to art and its system (particularly in Portugal) and the man himself  as a potential creator and builder of a new world. the name is a citation to the group Homeostética,their reflections and activities are compared with the present time we live in, where there is a man-static or rather a "looks like "static in our society and in the art world.
