“My garden's fruits" began in 2016 and is heavily influenced not only by Corsica island's landscape, but also by the vegetables and fruits from my garden. Not far from current political/social problems, this series of paintings advocates the ideals of food sovereignty and autonomy, the relationship between Man and Nature and the creation of one's own food. Inviting the viewer to reflect on these same themes, while through intense colors and skies, I try to create a dense atmosphere and offer them a visual experience strongly inspired by impressionist and expressionist painting from the beginning of the 20th century , which makes us reflect on the power and beauty of nature as the embodiment of art.
